At Vermont Flannel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cozy purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unwashed and unworn garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided at the end of the request process and securely attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your flannel items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
